About Jadwa06: Building the Region’s Entrepreneurship Infrastructure Since 2013

The Tripoli Entrepreneurs Club team, 2025

Our Story

Over a decade in the making

Jadwa06 started where real entrepreneurship starts: on the ground, inside communities, and close to people's everyday challenges.

Jadwa06 builds on a journey that began with Tripoli Entrepreneurs Club (TEC) in North Lebanon, where early initiatives focused on supporting young people and aspiring entrepreneurs through community-based training programs, startup competitions, and innovation activities. Founded in 2013 in Tripoli, TEC became one of North Lebanon's earliest structured entrepreneurship support communities. Today, Jadwa06 continues and expands this work through a regional ecosystem designed to help entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses that contribute to productive communities across Lebanon and beyond.

Our Philosophy

The Olive Tree Framework

At Jadwa06, we believe businesses should be built like olive trees.

Olive trees do not grow overnight. They take time to root, adapt to harsh conditions, and mature. But once they do, they last for generations and produce value year after year. This belief shapes how we think about entrepreneurship.

What the Olive Tree Represents

01

Soil

Represents the ecosystem, the business environments with its opportunities and challenges

02

Roots

Represent mindset, values, and clarity of purpose

03

Trunk

Represents structure, skills, and solid foundations

04

Branches

Represent growth paths, markets, and opportunities

05

Leaves

Represent the brand identity, customer loyalty and experience

06

Fruits

Represent sustainable impact, income, and long-term value

We focus on strengthening the roots and trunk before pushing for growth.

Why This Matters

In many ecosystems, businesses are pushed to grow fast, before they are ready. This leads to fragile ventures, dependency on funding, and short-lived success.

The Olive Tree Model takes a different approach to entrepreneurship. Rather than chasing rapid growth or short-term trends, it focuses on building strong foundations before expanding, understanding the business before looking for funding, creating businesses that can sustain themselves over time, and solving real problems instead of following trends.

This is especially important in complex and fragile contexts, where resilience matters more than shortcuts.

Mission

To build and operate a regional entrepreneurship infrastructure that continuously supports founders and SMEs across the region in building meaningful, sustainable businesses, from inspiration to market and capital, through integrated tools, training programs, partnerships, and curated access to funding and markets.

Vision

A region where entrepreneurship is a productive force contributing to stability, dignity, and opportunity for all.

Our Values

What we stand for

Entrepreneurship That Matters

We focus on ventures that solve real problems and create tangible economic or social value.

Clarity Over Complexity

We simplify entrepreneurship language, tools, and processes so founders can act, not just plan.

Community First

We build with people, not for them. Collaboration, trust, and shared learning are central to everything we do.

Integrity and Accountability

We value honest work, realistic promises, and measurable impact.

Sustainability Over Shortcuts

We believe in steady growth, solid foundations, and long-term thinking, financially, socially, and environmentally.

Local Roots, Open Horizons

We are deeply rooted in our communities, yet open to regional and global collaboration without losing context or identity.

Our Approach

One Infrastructure. Many Entry Points.

Each layer of the Jadwa06 ecosystem can be entered independently. Together, they form a complete entrepreneurship support system for the region, from early mindset development to market access and startup capital. This is Jadwa06: not programs in isolation, but infrastructure in motion.
